MEETING HELD AT PUNE OFFICE PREMISES
ON 05TH JUNE 2008 AT 6 PM.

Members Present - Sales & BSS Team / CFA Team, Other Guests /PM Members.

The Meeting started at 6 PM on 05th June 2008 at Pune Office premises. Approximately 40 members were present including the above for the meeting.

Mr. D.R. Agam, PM Coordinator has given introductory speech and briefed PM activities held during last year and current year. 

Mr. Krishnanad vasant Shirpurkar, Sr. manager (Training Centre) briefed that people should aware themselves to save Paryavaran by controlling pollution using of public vehicles, electricity savings, water savings etc brief us the advantages of environment activities . 

Ms Jyoti Jadhav Dy. Manager (Training centre) has given important thoughts on Paryavaran. She also brief us the advantages of Environment activities, she said that it is not for a day activity it should be on daily basis. She said that we should use the vehicles minimum to avoid pollutions. 

Mr. Nagendra Singh, Sr.GM (Lum) also traced on some of the important aspects of Paryavaran like saving water, electricity, plantation and to grow more trees instead of multi storage buildings, to avoid vehicle for small distance. He said that every one should be self discipline if discipline is their than more than 70% paryavaran activities will automatically being done... like if no one is in room/cabin all light should be off.. It will save ur electricity, after wash the hands tab should be proper tight.. It will save ur water consumption etc.

Mrs. Usha Bali (sr teacher) Pune cantt board appreciated that Bajaj Electricals has taken a good task of Paryavaran.  She briefed that people should aware themselves to save Paryavaran by controlling pollution using of public vehicles. She brief us not to throw garbage it should be use in plants to grow them.

Mr. Atul Kumar Jain (BSSM) said that to save trees maintenance of trees are very important... We may plant 100 trees but if there is no proper maintenance system then all plants will die... He has given vote of thanks to each and every member present in meeting.

The Meeting started at 7AM on 05th June 2008 at Impress Garden premises. Approximately 100 members were present including the above for the meeting.

Mr. Nandu (Paryavaran committee member) has given introductory speech and briefed how to save our plants. He has his own nursery & he offered sale of plants @ 10% discounts for PM activities.

Mr. Mahajan (Botany Professor) briefed the definition of forest, how to grow more plants from existing plants, how to protect birds, animals etc.
