PM Awareness Programme

Venue: Najat Public School, Kalamassery.

In order to spread the message of PM, Cochin Parivar organized a painting competition in Najat Public School, Kalamassery on 16th Jan’09 (Friday).

Over all 50 students participated in the competition. Theme given was about Mother Earth. The Principal of school, Mrs. Asha Radhakrishnan was kind enough to give permission to conduct this program in the school venue.

BSSM shared with students and faculty the aim of PM and the activities under taken across the country towards the noble cause of saving environment.  Pamphlets of PM were distributed among teachers.  Principal whole-heartedly joined the Parivar as an ordinary member.

1st and 2nd position winners were given prizes.

Activity Two

India’s 60 th  Republic day Celebration

Mathrubhumi Study Circle, Thiruvamkulam organized Republic Day Celebration at Tripunicthura Grama Panchayat Auditorium. 

Panchayat President, Mr.Thankappan hoisted the Flag at 8 a.m.  Cochin Partvar joined the study circle for the above.

We have distributed our pamphlets among students.   During the speech of BSSM he explained about our NGO and its activity across India. 

Thereafter they conducted a rally consisting of 200 students with placard of Anti Terrorism.  We have also participated in the same.  Students were impressed with our aim and 10 students filled the membership form.
