During November 2007, Kolkata PM Parivar carried out the following PM activities :
A. Four wall paintings were done in front of the office during Deepavali.
B. Awareness programmes were conducted at Jamshedpur
During the Seminar on Modern Trend in Lighting organized for TISCO on 19th November and for Railways on 20th November 2007. There were about 50 participants on these two days. Our Mr. R K Mukherjee and Mr. S Ravichandran of Luminaires BU encouraged the gathering to join the PM initiatives and devote some time to protect the environment from various types of pollutions.
PM banners and posters were displayed during the Seminar. Further, PM leaflets were distributed to the participants.
C. Awareness Programme at Bhadreshwar during Jagadharti Pooja
One of our Distributors, M/s. Shananda Enterprises put up a stall at the above location for BEL products. In addition to products of BEL, Kolkata PM Parivar made good use of the occasion and put up PM banners and posters at the venue and distributed PM leaflets to visitors to spread awareness on Paryavaran.
The programme was from 16th November to 18th November 2007 and approximately 4000 people visited the stall.
