1.) Smt. Kiran Bajaj, President, Paryavaran Mitra visited and inaugurated the new office premises of Hyderabad at Somajiguda on 13th November 2006, by lighting up the traditional lamp, wherein Mr. Porus Master (of Porus Master Associates), Mr. V Ramachandran, RM (Luminaires) – South, Mr GV Reddy, BSSM, and other Office Staff were also present.

2.) Smt. Kiran Bajaj, had a close look of the newly renovated office premises and facilities provided over there along with Mr. Porus Master.

3.) Smt. Kiran Bajaj, addressed members of Team – Hyderabad at the conference hall. Given below are highlights of her address:

         • Suggested to form the Main Committee and Sub-Committees for
            initiatiing various activities of Paryavaran Mitra at Branch level as under :
                                  • Conservation of Water
                                  • Garden – Development and Maintenance
                                  • Conservation of Energy
                                  • Sound, Air and Water Pollution
                                  • Segregation of Garbage ( Dry and Wet)
                                  • Membership Drive
                                  • Organising events and programmes at rural level
                                  • Tree Plantation
                                  • Conducting of painting and such other competions at
                                     School, for spreading awareness on environment.

4.) P.M. – President suggested to all members of Team Hyderabad, to make it a habit of encouraging the paryavaran related activities at the residential premises. Further, she expressed the importance of approaching the government agencies for conducting activities as per Paryavaran Mitra objectives.

5.) P.M. President shared her views on the activities undertaken by the branch to mark the Second Anniversary of P.M., which was conducted at Indira Park in the presence of Shri Anjan Kumar Yadav – M.P. Secunderbad.

6.) P.M. – President highlighed various social activities undertaken by late Shri. Jamnalal Bajaj, Shri. Kamalnayan Bajaj and Shri.Ramkrishna Bajaj at Maharastra, U.P. and other parts of the country.

7.) P.M. – President addressed the staff members regarding several awards instituted by the Bajaj group for Social Activities.

8.) P.M. – President after addressing the staff meeting, has suggested some corrections to be carried at new office.

9.) In the new office building premises, Smt. Kiran Bajaj planted a sapling (Bauhinita Tree – known for beautiful flowers).
