During July 2007, the Noida Branch PM Parivar focussed on Wall Paintings at Neelkanth, a holy place in Uttaranchal. This is also a famous Ghat where the Sacred River Ganga flows and as such visited by pilgrims.

The wall paintings contained PM slogans for spreading awreness regarding protecting environment by maintaining cleanliness and avoiding water pollution. The objective is to attract the attention of pilgrims and the local public to become aware about maintaining the famous holy place, as well as the Sacred River Ganga clean.
