Since Monsoon has started in full swing in and around Indore and according to our planned activity for August 07, Paryavaran Mitra Parivar at Indore felt that it is the right time to go ahead with its Plantation Drive. We earmarked our Plantation Drive in a Garden named “Vaibhav Nagar, sector-B” situated in Vaibhav Nagar, Indore.
We conducted the Plantation Drive on Monday, the 27th of August 2007. All senior citizens, Women and Children of the locality and Indore branch PM Parivar, including BSSM jointly conducted the Plantation Drive and about 15 saplings were planted in the garden. Needless to mention here that all colony members have shown keen interest in our awareness programme and assured to extend full support and assistance for such programme in future too. |
